The housing supply, for a total of 300 beds in furnished bedrooms, is complemented by a series of services and common areas designed to develop and encourage the sense of community within the premises: study rooms, gym, a padel court, a restaurant and a 24 hour reception.

The complex is a A4 grade sustainable structure, made of 3 floors for 10.700 sqm. of gross surface.

The structure is managed by Camplus, main housing provider for university students in Italy.
