Roma, Italy – Campus X Tor Vergata – via di Passolombardo

Student complex of about 1.500 beds, near the Roma Tor Vergata University.

It was built on an empty lot, property of the Ateneo. The complex represents a pilot experiment for Italy, having been realized as a college campus on a surface area of about 8 acres used as a park and forbidden to vehicular traffic.

Within the structure there are present study rooms and various services dedicated to the guests such as a minimarket, a cafeteria and a restaurant, as well as an auditorium and a gym.

The structure is managed by Campus X, main Italian operator within the sector.
