Urban regeneration intervention on an abandoned asset in a central area of the city of Padova.

The housing supply, for a total of 204 beds in furnished bedrooms, is complemented by a series of services and common areas designed to develop and encourage the sense of community within the premises: study rooms, gym, lounge area, laundry room, bike parking and a 24 hour reception.

The complex is a sustainable structure, with photovoltaic panels and heat pumps. It also uses “Build Management” control systems which optimize the management of energy saving.

The structure is managed by Camplus, main housing provider for university students in Italy.
