Rome, 13 April 2022: Fabrica has published its second Sustainability Report, approved by the Board of Directors and drawn up according to the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
The Report testifies the sensitivity to innovations and changes that has led the SGR, in recent years to integrate the concept of sustainability into its corporate culture and corporate governance. The preparation of a dedicated strategy and the prediction of a sustainability policy were the beginning of an important path that saw Fabrica consolidate the ESG aspects also in the operational choices and in its values.
Can be mentioned the training and engagement activities aimed at its stakeholders as well as the commitment and responsibility to raise awareness of the need for special attention to their actions and the impacts generated by them, without neglecting the importance of joining the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark, a tool that stimulates growth and proximity to the issue of sustainability.
Sustainability is also reflected in the attention given to housing solutions for the various and different population groups, from the youngest to the elderly. 2021 saw our reality continue along the path of affirming “Social Responsible” projects, such as student housing, senior living, social housing and healthcare.
