Fabrica has released the third sustainable development report.

Rome, June 2023: Fabrica SGR has published the 2022 Sustainability Report, approved by the Board of Directors and drawn up according to the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

The Sustainability Report continues the path of transparency and progressive adaptation to ESG issues launched in 2020 with the first non-financial reporting, and testifies to the particular sensitivity of the SGR and its Investors above all real estate projects characterized by a “Social” impact.

The year 2022 saw the establishment of the ESG Management function, dedicated to the progressive integration of sustainability into the culture and work of the corporate structures.  The main initiatives reported in the 2022 Sustainability Report range from updating internal procedures and the corporate risk model, to training and engagement activities aimed at SGR stakeholders; from joining GRESB ( six real estate funds managed by SGR received the “Green Star” in 2022) to the social vocation that has always been one of the pillars of Fabrica’s activity.

Fabrica’s action is integrated and structured to make sustainability a strategic driver able to guide medium-long-term operational choices. The goal is to intercept and anticipate stakeholder expectations in this field, to consolidate the leadership that the SGR has been able to build over time.
