Cesena (FC), Italy – via Ravennate

Part of a major urban Project, promoted and sustained by the municipal administration of the Cesena Municipality, this intervention consists of the realization of 340 apartments destined for sale and lease at reduced-fees.

The Project was inspired by principles of quality, urban sustainability and social inclusion.

The new neighborhood, totally pedestrianized shall arise within a wide urban park with cycle paths; it will consist of buildings with no more than 5 levels and class A energy implants.
