Social housing intervention, concluded in 2019 in a built-up area nearby the airport. The complex consists of ten 3 and 4 levels buildings surrounded by a private park, for residents use only. A total of 226 apartments with different surface areas shall have private parking and storage units.

The surrounding park is composed also by an olive-grove, adding value to the apartments set for sale, lease or hire purchase.
The entire Project has been built under class A energy, using renewable energy sources (solar panels) so to contain environmental impact.
